Rosalin or Rose (Mai Davika) is the epitome of an heiress. She is the only heiress to Grandfather Narong, the owner of Hotel Queen Rose. Rose is spoiled, she always get what she wants ever since she was little. She throws a fit at everyone and anyone, even at her own grandfather for telling her that she should be an intern before she has a right to work for an administrative position at the hotel. Rose is pissed off at the fact that despite earning her Master’s Degree from abroad, she has to work for other people.
Rose decides to put her foot down and demands her administrative position or she will fly back abroad. She even throws a fit at Tawan (Kan Kantathavorn) who owns a flower farm called “Ban Rai Tawan” when he delivers the orchids for Rose’s welcome back party. But Rose is an heiress, she refuses to accept some orchids that came from a countryside’s farm. She believes she deserves roses that are grown abroad only. At the same time, Tawan refuses to take her crap and fires back insults. Rose retaliates by signing him a check in order to get him to admit defeat. Tawan tears up the check in return and tells her that she cannot buy him, no matter the amount of money.
During the ruckus, Rose is taken by a man high on drugs. He uses her as a hostage since he was fired by her. Rose orders Tawan to help her but he tells her that she needs to plead with him first. Tawan even taunts the man with the knife to stab Rose. Rose is angry beyond reasons but she has no choice but to plead for Tawan’s help. Tawan successfully rescues her from the addict. Rose hopes that she will never have to meet Tawan ever again.

Yuttapong is a businessman whose company is about to go under. He owes 20 million Hong Kong dollars to Lin Lanser(Bomb Tanin), a mafia boss from Hong Kong. He tells Lin Lanser that if he cannot find the money to pay the debts, then he will send Nantaka, his eldest daughter to him. But once it is time for the meeting, Yuttapong betrays him by running away with Nantaka and sends Ruethainak (Mint Chalida), his 17 year-old and the youngest daughter instead.
If one were to compare Nantaka as a swan, then Ruethainak is an ugly duckling. Nantaka is beautiful and gentle. Everybody falls in love with her. But Ruethainak is not as pretty as her sister and she is also stubborn and tough so people are not very interested in her. Because of this, she always feel that she is unwanted and that nobody cares about her.
When Ruethainak meets Lin Lanser, she cannot deny that he is a very handsome and attractive. However, she knows the stay away as he is a cruel and cold man. She is aware of the fact that he is the top in the Mafia world in Hong Kong and he only surrounds himself around some of the most beautiful women. One of those women is Meijing, a gorgeous model, who often attend events with Ling Lanser as his date. Therefore, an ugly duckling like her tells herself that she is not in the same league as any of them, and that she cannot even entertain the thought of ever being with someone like him. Lin Lanser is angry that he ends up with a plain face girl like Ruethainak instead of the beautiful woman he had his eyes on when he was visiting Thailand.

Mom Rajawongse Rasika or Ai (Preem Ranida) is dealing with whirlwind of troubles when her father, Mom Jao Chaiprakart, suddenly passes away. He leaves behind a huge sum of debts from his various business ventures which cause problems for Mom Rattanawalee, Rasika’s mother, since she is the one that needs to pay off those debts which includes Prakartkiet Palace where Rasika grew up in. Rattanawalee decides to get married to a billionaire named Jaosua Riew in order to keep Prakartkiet Palace. Rasika is unable to accept that her mother is willing to sell her dignity by getting married to someone from the new money. She speaks condescendingly towards Rattanawalee as she is not thankful for what her mother has done. She also gives no respect to Jaosua Riew as well. And while he is displeased after Rasika has humiliated him, he is impressed by her standoffish behavior and the fact that she does not care about his fortunate at all. He finds her different than other women out there and wants Rasika as his wife.
Raap (Grate Warintorn) is the Jaosua’s eldest son. He is polite and intelligent. He is someone the Jaosua trusts the most.Raap has many siblings, most of which are women. Roongrai is his younger sister who is very obedient to him and loves him very much. Rungrong is a naive woman, she listens to her husband, Chatchai, in just about everything. Then there’s Rarin, the youngest sister, who cares and loves her family. There is also Ram, Raap’s brother from a different mother whom does not care much for Raap. Jaosua Riew vents to Raap about Rasika. He wants Raap to find a way to corner her by gaining ownership to Prakartkiet Palace, then giving her the ultimatum of marrying Ram, who is abroad, so that she will also have ownership of the palace.

The last exam for this law school is considered the hardest and most difficult that Ittirit Patichat (James Jirayu) feels that he needs to cheat in order to graduate. Ittirit is a cool and bratty guy, he’s the son of Police Major General Ittipol Patichat. And despite the various tricks Ittirit is able to come up with, he gets caught by Chanamon (Punch Worakarn), a strict TA working to help the professor during the exam. Chanamon gives him an automatic failure grade for cheating. To make things worse, Ittirit gets scolded by his best friend, Maya, who is an up and coming actress. Ittipol is very disappointed and angry by the whole situation. He decides to mess with Chanamon by speeding on his motorcycle as she is riding her bicycle. She gets injured and decides to report to the incident to the professor. Ittirit is suspended right away.
Ittipol is embarrassed that his son has been caught cheating on his exam. He orders Ittirit to take summer classes and tells him that he must pass his exams. Ittipol gets in touch with the professor and requests the best tutor for his son. Ittirit nearly goes into a shock when he finds out that his new tutor is Chanamon, the person that gave him the failing grade. Chanamon herself refuses to be the tutor for this badboy as well. However, Ittipol offers her a large amount of salary that she cannot turn down since she needs it in order to pursue her Master’s Degree. Not to mention that the money will help her poor family. Her father, Chuchai, owns a small cart that sells fried rice. And there’s also Chin, her little brother. She needs the money to pay for his tuition as well.
